In another blog post by Cameron Crise 'True Gotham' from The Hedding Property Group. LLC. again wrote a nice poem on the current mess by 'Broker Joe' and 'Collaterlized Det Obligations (CDO)'. For starters, CDO is a kind of Financial engineered product of various debts, Broker Joe is the lightly referred to the broker who sells CDOs to the clients for Investment Banks...."Joe" is the brainchild of Cameron Crise, a 36-year-old American currency investor working in London for Dutch-Belgian financial conglomerate Fortis. The narrator of his poem chides pesky bankers who try to sell clients collateralized debt obligations and other foul-looking securities
